I had a situation with a rabbit that I am now ashamed of. A few years ago, we were visiting friends. And they took care of the rabbit. Sometimes, they let him run around the apartment. It was darker than in my drawing. I was in awe of this rabbit. For the first time, my friends had such a pet. Not only did I constantly want to touch it. I had so much fun running after him. At that time, I was very funny, and his active reaction to get away from me even more provoked. I must say at once, no one was injured and the whole chase did not last long.
Today, remembering this situation, I am very ashamed. First of all, before the rabbit. Through his eyes, I don't see these events as funny at all. He is very timid, and I believe that this could have harmed his health. I consider my behavior unethical. And secondly, I'm ashamed in front of my friends. I only now remember their surprised looks. Being in those events, from something, I did not attach any importance to it. I don't think animals should sacrifice their health and quality of life for my fun.
The work is done with colored pencils.
