Happy New Year, Mac :-) aww! Give it some time. It will take a while to settle into having a routine, but I'm sure you will adapt.....to a lesser or greater extent!
I actually used to enjoy the social life of being in an office, despite being someone who doesn't really like people! It's all just totally alien to what you're used to but give it a chance, then if it's still not happening for you, make a change! You have options. It's still nice knowing there's a wage coming that's consistent and regular, though.
