Usually there are options and I would suggest for a newbie who is just getting through the hive interface to set payout option for his or her article to 100% percent hivepower to build your reputation on the Blockchain.

You suggest others should do this buy yet don't do it yourself, instead choosing to transfer each time amount out for cash!

People can do what they like with their earnings but please don't be a hypocrite!
