I recently managed to pay off all of my credit card debts and loans. September 2021, I become debt-free again. I wrote a post about it on LeoFinance about this.

I’m going to welcome the year 2022 with a new rich lifestyle.

I don’t care about not owning a house, not wearing a designer brand, not owning a car or other material possessions.

All I care about now is being debt-free, having time freedom and working on something that’s meaningful to me while building my family life.

Lots of families, even countries get into massive debt and they ever can't get out. So many marriages break down because of debt and many countries are facing debt crises. Luckily we have crypto, so people have the option to reduce the personal risks caused by their countries.

I practise frugal living so that I can take maximum risks. This year frugal living kind of backfired me. Luckily I slowly recognised my extreme frugal thinking and start focusing on paying off my debt. I had to sell almost 75% of my Hive to become debt-free. So massive thanks to Crypto. Also, I worked 3 different jobs in the summer to become debt-free.

So it's not that long ago, I completely paid off my debt. I can happily say it's huge relief and I start to enjoy my life more. Even though the debt was a barrier, I realise that my own mental barrier massively influence my good life. So I'm still working on rebuilding my confidence and reinventing myself!

What if you had no bills?

I always had anxiety about owing money. Sometimes I worry less about it because I had multiple income sources nor I didn't have a family to take care of. Looking back at my life journey, when I'm in a flow state I worry less about everything. 2022 is the year, I will invest wast amount of energy creating my flow state. Having paid off my debt I have fewer and fewer fixed bills. Knowing my fixed bills and having the resources to cover them will increase my focus. A debt-free lifestyle will increase my financial security and means that I don’t have to worry about debt hanging over me when the unexpected happens. Things like a sudden job loss, or unexpected events like covid can challenging in the best of circumstances. I guess there are many people have had similar relationship with debt. So I'm not the only one. There is always the way out. There is a light somewhere.

Running away from fear doesn't do anything good. The only way to get over fear is to face it head-on.

I would like to end this post on a positive note. This year, I faced the debt problem head-on and I made paying off my debt my priority. Now I feel like I'm living a good life.

I guess, now I need to create a Vlog talking about "What does it feel like to be debt-free?" with 3speak.

Ps. I had a super busy weekend and I will catch up with my engagements this week. ce
