I honestly think he sees us people as resources to be managed, with his long track record on vaccine issues in the 3rd world Bill imo is diabolical and can say anything with a straight face. Just recently there are all these Bill Gates puzzle pieces that didn't seem connected at the time but the technology exists to piece it together into a very large picture.
