I have just started reading this book....definitely an interesting read on how to get your organization on a path towards operational excellence. It looks at the readiness of your business to meet the evolution of the business climate that lies ahead. Further to this, there are techniques discussed which focuses continuous improvement. I'm on part two of the book which look at "leading change" ....will keep you posted....
