Exactly. I like it when they appreciate my comment even if they don't upvote it. But I do admit I would like to see more people upvote comments because I think that would encourage people to spend more time commenting. I like that @topcomment gives a small account the ability to reward meaningful comments when they don't have the vote value to do so. I hope to see more people using this service.
