I truly understand your point but from my own point of view I think achievements is also victory because for someone to achieve a particular goal he or she must have dedicated both his time resources to towards achieving such a goal definitely there must be setbacks delays even failures but their ability to stay focus determine and consistent brinks faults the success of achievements which can also refer as victory so you know that one's achievement can also be victory
