Is really not an easy thing to be a leader because being a leader means taking control of everything not just control the manager also plan, organise, direct too and all these actually the things that made one a manager. Being a successful manager means being a leader I'm for someone to be a leader the person must also be a follower what I mean by that is for a leader to be successful the leader must bring himself down to the level in which he can actually hear from people that he leads he can actually learn from them too that's qualities of a good leader and a manager though a lot of setbacks and difficulties will definitely come but having the skills of solving those problems actually makes one a successful manager and leader
