You actually nailed it, it's actually good to admires one's position or success but you might not admire or like the obstacles which came to the person's way, success is not a bed of roses it entails so much failures obstacles and delay only the consistent and dedicated person can attend a greater heights of success. But but humbling yourself in front of someone's achievement I think it's uncalled for, because everyone has their destiny, as our faces are different search as our destinies are so looking down on yourself just because someone else was successful shouldn't be so it gives you a negative impression, of course you can attend to even more greater heights than that when your time comes.
