Well done bro you really made a very nice article, actually this is the case most of us see in our various workplace, it's not a new thing anymore to us that we go to work most of the time just to hear that one of the worker or colleague has just resigned with the reason best known to him or her, in terms of this I think the company needs stupid doing what we call a routine checkup and feedback from the staffs just to know what they are stuffed think about the companies mode of operation and handling of staffs, with this I think it will give room for staff to express their selves to the company management so as to avoid unnecessary impromptu resignation of stuff frequently because when it happen it draws the company a bit backwards especially if the staff or staffs are credible and competent ones
