You actually made a good point, but I want to say something to it, policy means a guideline in which someone always follow to do a particular thing in his day to day activities, while honesty can be attributed to integrity something that someone is known for, living a life of policy it's a way forward but I think is different from being honest my reason for saying this is that honesty comes from someone's mind and nature, not everyone has the will to be honest, honesty can be attributed to integrity mostly in business ,most businessman and business women lie just to make ends leaving I mean to sell their goods it doesn't mean that they don't have policy, but they do.
