서울시는 광화문과 노들섬의 미디어아트 공간을 여름 야외 영화관으로 활용하는 시범 프로그램을 마련했다. 오늘(8월 16일) 한강대교 아래 아뜰리에 노들에서는 최대 4명이 들어가는 대형 모기장 20동과 무선 헤드폰을 갖추고 애니메이션 ‘싱 2’를 상영한다. 15일에는 ‘트롤: 밴드 투게더’가 편성됐다. 관객은 한강 풍경을 보며 주변 소음을 줄인 환경에서 영화를 감상할 수 있다. 서울시는 운영 결과를 바탕으로 이 공간을 영화·공연·시민 행사가 열리는 연중 문화 장소로 확장할 계획이다.
Seoul is testing its media art sites as outdoor cinemas. Today, Aug. 16, Atelier Nodeul beneath Hangang Bridge will screen Sing 2 for groups seated inside 20 large mosquito nets, with wireless headphones and river views. The pilot aims to expand the sites into year round venues for films, performances and public programs.
