Hello From the Other Side
I am in Spain at the moment, having arrived here several days ago. I have had little chance to peruse my Steemit feed for the past couple of weeks as a result. But I did want to report in at some point. I was here a couple of years ago, and it's good to be back. I have gotten a bit rusty on my Spanish in that time, so I try to speak some Spanish every day. Fortunately my wife is a lot more fluent than I am.
Although it can get a bit intense at times, the heat here is more to my liking. In Melbourne its winter and the houses are built like shacks, so the non-stop coughing was becoming a problem. But I haven't had that problem since arriving here. Nor did I have it the last time either. I know there are warmer parts of Australia, but I have family here, and in other parts of Europe, so its more like home to me.
So I feel more myself here. Calmer and less concerned by all the little niggles. And it turns out I will be very close to the next Steemfest when its on in Portugal. I was speaking to 
I haven't had the writing itch of late, with so many new sites to see, and people to visit, but I hope to settle into a routine again. Maybe once I have a few coffee experiences I will have some new material. Although the Spanish make a damn good coffee, so perhaps not.
