Sometimes one has to take the time to reflect on live and what better place than the beach.
Whenever we're at the coast I always try make time to just sit and watch the waves come and go. To 'wash' my thoughts and clear my head. There’s no judgment and no arguments. Only you and the sea bashing it out and then you let it go.
Both my children are avid swimmers and spend endless happy hours in the water. I took this photo of my youngest when she seized her moment to just watch the waves in absolute peace. She is so much like me in so many ways. Whenever I look at this, I wonder what she was thinking.
