I practised with the cleats one day and didn’t fall over. But the truth is, I haven’t worn them for cycling in the city.

I had a 90 km ride planned for today and was going to wear them, but I’ve got a migraine – I suppose it’s down to not getting enough sleep. We never have electricity here anymore (they only turn it on for less than three hours a day), and I wouldn’t wish a night without a fan and full of mosquitoes on anyone.
