Hello, good evening... the photos are taking a while to load, but I’ve read your post, and from the little I’ve been able to see, it looks like a spectacular place. When I visited Playa del Chivo—where I photographed many seabirds that either live there or visit during their migrations—I felt exactly the same way... such peace. It felt like being inside a nature documentary. It’s a truly beautiful experience. You might not be a bird expert yet, but at the rate you're going, you’re going to gain a wealth of knowledge about them—their diet, and so on—especially with so much information available and your own firsthand experience. By the way, I really ought to get organized so I can keep going to the banding station; I learn so much there. Thanks for sharing your experience. You’re always an inspiration.
