I agree with you: sometimes we skip certain stages, move past them, and feel like we don't need many things in our lives anymore. It's not even about youth; there's a certain clarity you acquire, a certain maturity. If going out, parties, and fashion were important before, now what matters is how you feel, not what you have or what you do.
