I remember that Chavez, when he assumed the Presidency, said that having money was bad. Now, ironically, all the ministers of his government live squandering luxury and force Venezuelans to live with a minimum salary of $1.40. This is more than a sin, it is an offense that must be punished. I am not against people having luxurious comforts, what seems to me an aberration is to waste money on unnecessary things. There are so many needs in the world, such as hospitals, schools, food projects, that using money just to throw it on yourself seems selfish to me. While it is true that anyone can do whatever they want with their money, thinking of others to see how you can help them, maybe not by giving them money, but by offering them a job, speaks of your generosity and good heart. I remember that at one time my only verb was to have, to have, to have; now the verb to share, to dream, to create, seem so perfect to me in these times that I conjugate them in all times and all people.
