Wow, you touched on one of my favorite topics. Although Calderón de la Barca said that “Dreams are dreams”, I am certain that behind them there is a great mystery that we have not yet been able to discover. Some theories of psychoanalysis say that dreams are nourished by our fears and desires, and that when we dream, we are projecting our desires and fears. But what about when we dream of things we have never seen or worse, what happens when we live in reality the things we once dreamed of. What a fantastic dream you had and I admire your memory, it happens to me that sometimes I forget some parts or I don't remember some dreams. I also have examples, many, of premonitory dreams. Reading this, I was thinking this would be a good #memoirmonday topic, but working with recurring dreams. What are our recurring dreams, maybe here we could get some meaning to them.
Well, I hope you had an excellent weekend. I imagine you must be in anticipation of the election. Does your dream have to do with the election? We shall see. Hugs to you, Eric
