Even if it was only a little, congratulations on that increase! Life has taught me that you have to be grateful for good things in order to multiply them, so that's good. Last year I was asked to take over the management of my faculty at the University, but I had to leave the classroom, so I turned it down flat. I believe that each person has his or her own abilities and I recognize that mine is not management. When you enjoy what you do, it doesn't feel like a job, and if you have to take on something you're not prepared for, you're going to feel like a heavy responsibility.
