I think you've touched on a complex and interesting subject! I believe that addictive personalities exist in all professions, but it is in the artistic environment where they are most exposed. Alcohol, sex, drugs, success itself can create addictions and if we are not clear, or if we are not surrounded by people who guide us, we can go blind and fall. For many years it has been believed that artists, in order to make their art, must use substances that allow them to reach the muses, but we know that this is not the case. Personally, I know writers who need to have cigarettes and rum to be able to write, others simply need to be barefoot and naked to write. Some artists' hobbies do not harm, but they can create other pathologies. Very good theme, tarazkp@tarazkp
