When we hear talk of mind washing, we think of a long process that we will never experience. And it's not like that. In Venezuela, the health minister gave her report yesterday of new infections from Covid 19 and decreed a "curfew" in several cities. Today nobody talks about what it means to restrict the freedom of transit, communication and food in those states, but only about the numbers of those infected. The government has achieved its goal! It asked us to lock ourselves in our homes and not to leave, and no physical force was necessary: by our will, without opposition, we have locked ourselves in. Like the prisoner who has the key to the cell, but who is afraid of freedom. I believe, as you do, that sometimes hope numbs, that it calms the waters of a sea that threatens to overflow, but never does. Sometimes it takes more grief, more anger, maybe that will wake us up. Greetings, @rok-sivante!
