They are used everywhere at entrances! Shops, busineeses, homes....quite prevelant around here.

There is so much snow you can't find driveways half the time. Rocks and boulders help but also prevent short turns from mangling the grass. Plus it is probably easier than finding a place to get rid of them. Lol
