I've never understood why some people insist on wasting someone else's time. They have no regard or consideration for how the other person feels when they have been left waiting for promises that were made to be fulfilled. Some of those types of people seem to really enjoy giving people false hope then leaving them disappointed.
Not all people who waste someone else's time do it intentionally, but the ones who do are some of the worst type of people to deal with, because they are very apathetic when it comes to hearing about how their idiotic actions have affected someone else. But if someone does the same thing to them, they will most likely become enraged and expect the other person to apologize for it and try to make it up to them.
