When I was a kid, my brothers used to go outside when it was just about to get dark and collect some of the many frogs that were jumping around in the yard. I remember one of those little frogs being almost lime green, and when my brother put him in my hand, he felt sticky.
My brother told me the stickiness was probably a poison the frog was emitting from its body for protection. And that's when I wondered why the hell we were playing with a poisonous frog. So, I gave the frog back to him and went inside the house and washed and scrubbed my hands clean to get all of that frog's poisonous stickiness off of them.
