Yeah, I would never have taken such a long break from it had the film prices not gone crazy, nor had I discovered the vintage lenses and all the character they provide. I absolutely love the Soviet lenses and how they look, and being able to use them on a digital camera allows for a lot of freedom. The Canon AE-1 just went to the girlfriend for our trips. But I've really missed it. I think I'll find more cheap black and white film online and continue, but I'll definitely avoid colour and the bigger stock brands like Kodak given the prices. Especially here in Armenia! 16 GBP for a roll of Colorplus 200 when I used to buy it for 2.50 a roll before the pandemic!
