My name is Elvina V. (foreign friends call me LV for short, but it’s not related in any way to the famous designer). I am Russian but good thing you won’t hear my accent here!
Actually, to be honest, that wouldn’t be a problem at all because my full-time job is translating from English to Russian (and back). I do find myself struggling with one or two phrasing and wording sometimes but I try to discover and grasp new things about this beautiful language every day!
Besides being a nerd about English I’m completely obsessed with music and good literature! I try to create my own of both. Maybe one day if I don’t chicken out I’ll be brave enough to share some of my creations with you. But until then I plan to share some thoughts about what I came across during my travels, some screen adaptations of books that I like or hate, music whether it’s classic or plain rock, something about moments that I encounter in everyday life and definitely subscribe to accounts that draw my attention.
