Today, I am posting about and sampling some New Belgium, Pilsener.
The thing I first notice about it is the color. It is a light golden color with a nice head.
It has a sweet bright taste with light hops and a smooth finish.
The bottle says Brewed in the traditional Czech style for a deeply refreshing flavor with a hint of malty sweetness
It is brewed and bottled in Fort Collins, Colorado And drum roll please...
Asheville, NC.
4.8% alcohol. Formerly Blue paddle Pilsener.
People that like a ton of hops may not enjoy this beer.
Personally I like that it is refreshing but some may consider it a little weak on taste.
I would classify this as a good beer but not a "HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST beer.
If you have tried this one befite please me a comment about whether you like it or not and where you have tried it before.

Just a fun pic to include here though not beer related:
Look at this silly fellow. A hummpus ball with celery, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives for eyes, an onion mouth all on a bed of lettuce.
It came with a generous amount of the best pita bread cut into triangles that was lightly sprinkled with sea salt.
I had this at a restaurant the other day instead of a patty melt (though the patty melt was so tempting).
