Continuing with the Kurobe Dam journey, In Part 1 I shared the Mountain views of the Dam. In this one, I will share the Lake views of the Kurobe Dam. I separated this out so that you can see the beauty of both the sides entirely without mixing it up. It's a beautiful sight. As soon as you walk out of the Kurobe tunnel in front of you is this sight of the Lake and the Mountains. I did not go up further to see the Dam water flowing due to lack of time, because that would have taken us an hour more and our goal was to reach Murodo Snow wall before 12 p.m. and it was already 10:30 here. If I would have gone up to the Dam, then I would have missed the Murodo walls. I wish I had more time at hand here to explore this place.
The water looks unreal, deep blue and clear, the clouds are down and all of this is like a picture postcard. It was a little cold at this point. Thank god I was in layers. Standing here and looking at these views felt blissful. In this moment I was telling my Son, how lucky we are to see all of this in our life time. Getting an opportunity and resources to travel 1000s of miles and view such sights is nothing short of a blessing.
Standing here made me feel like Universe is letting me know that I am living in a beautiful big world, and where there is so much unrest and chaos in the world on the other side there is so much peace and tranquility also found.

A beautiful family memory
From here our next desitination was Kurobedaira for which we had to take a cable car. It's a fully underground cable car ride of 5 minutes. Again, another engineering marvel of Japan. This place keeps surprising you at every step.
