For our sewerage network development we use many techniques. One of them is box culvert. The box culvert is mainly used to equal the level of water on each sides of the road. So that the excess water can not over flow and make the road dump. Many of our road is bituminous road. And bitumin and water does not have friendly relation. they acts as enemy of one with another.
During my construction work i visited in many palce and collect many photograph to educate my students.
some steps are followed to construct this structure. Although this is not a massive structure but every work should be done with a proper planning.
The whole road area is first excavated. then the boxes are taken in position.
sometimes technicain works to make the box in a proper position.

This is the last portion of working. After that the road is prepared to maintain passage of people.
