If you had the opportunity to choose your country before coming to earth, would you have chose your present count? If yes, why and if no, why?

Assuming we all had the opportunity to choose out countries before coming down here, many of us would have preferred different countries while some would still choose same country. What would you have chosen if you had that opportunity?
