Hello friends of this beautiful community of Gems, despite the situation we lived through in the Covid-19 and the quarantine, I had the opportunity to go out and enjoy the outdoors a little, with the corresponding prevention measures, the use of mouth covers and social distance.
On a normal Portuguese morning we can not only enjoy beautiful landscapes but we can also see cattle, one of the sources of income for its inhabitants.
I just want to tell you dear friends that you never stop breathing outdoors, nature gives us the opportunity to breathe healthy, we can also reduce stress, and we can find the connection between body, mind and spirit.
