PukuGreetings to all my pukufriends. I present you this video titled: "Kurare Puku Live at the meeting of HiveCCS, Chacao, Improlounge Bar, CCS, 17/12/22". I hope you like it.
In this video you can see a presentation we made this December at the Space for Art and Culture IMPRO LOUNGE (Bar / Entertainment), in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. In the same, located in Urb Chacao, was held the great HiveCCS Hive account@hiveccs meeting of December, and we were invited by Hive account@ilazramusic to perform the performance that we had done in the previous event of the meeting in Holos Lotus. So near the end of the night, we set out to give a few words about our community, the PukuMundo, and then Hive account@orimusic and myself, gave our presentation. Unlike the Holos presentation, this one was a little bit shorter due to time reasons and also because I didn't take the xylophone with me, so the feeling of the presentation was a little bit more brief.
We set out to create these ethnic and ancestral sonorities that we have been making for a few years now, since I have the ethnic musical instruments to create this type of sounds. Due to my university career and studies, because I had the joy of traveling to several indigenous communities around the country and being able to learn from them to perform both as part of their music as well as cleansing and healing rituals, and that is what we also perform here with our band: Kurare Puku (formerly called PukuTrio). The great Hive account@dimeshana joined us this time, incorporating part of his contemporary dance connected with our sounds, all this and much more, you will see in the video.

En este vídeo podrán ver una presentación que realizamos este mes de diciembre en el Espacio para el Arte y Cultura IMPRO LOUNGE (Bar / Entretenimiento), en la ciudad de Caracas, en Venezuela. En el mismo, ubicado en la Urb. Chacao, se realizó el genial encuentro de HiveCCS Hive account@hiveccs de diciembre, y fuimos invitados por Hive account@ilazramusic para realizar el performance que habíamos realizado en el evento anterior del encuentro en Holos Lotus. Así que casi al final de la noche, nos dispusimos a dar unas palabras sobre nuestra comunidad, el PukuMundo, y luego Hive account@orimusic y mi persona, dimos nuestra presentación. A diferencia de la de Holos esta fue un poco mas breve por razones y motivos de tiempo y además que, no me llevé el xilófono, con lo que se hace un poco mas breve el feeling de la presentación.
Entonces, nos dispusimos a crear estas sonoridades étnicas y ancestrales que, desde hace unos años a la fecha realizamos, ya que, yo dispongo de los instrumentos musicales étnicos para crear este tipo de sonidos. Debido a mi carrera universitaria y estudios, tuve la dicha de viajar a varias comunidades indígenas en todo el país y poder aprender de ellos a ejecutar tanto como parte de su música así como rituales de limpieza y sanación, y es lo que también realizamos aca con nuestra banda: Kurare Puku (antes llamada PukuTrio). La genial Hive account@dimeshana se unió con nosotros esta vez, incorporando parte de su danza contemporánea conectada con nuestros sonidos, todo esto y mucho mas, lo verán en el video.
