Then there is the transfer vector. If we introduce a gene with a DNA into a plant or an organism. Then it can be seen that the gene is being expressed very well there. That is, the external expression gets the most in this gene cloning carrier. In this case, we use bacteria or viruses as a medium for gene replacement in the carrier organism. The desired gene brings its expressions forward very easily through transcription and translation.
