A lonely beauty standing in the natural grass

While wandering around yesterday afternoon, I suddenly came across a small mushroom. It was standing with its head held high from the middle of a pile of dry leaves — silent, lonely, yet strong.

There was green grass all around, and the presence of such a tiny life in it seemed to tell us how perfectly nature develops itself. No one weaves it, no one protects it, yet it is born, grows, and disappears again.

I have taken this picture just as a momentary memory. Small things happen around us every day, which we may not see, or even if we do see, we do not pay attention to. But each such small creation of nature reminds us that the beauty of life is not only in big things — it is also spread in small places.
