One of my favorite things to do every spring is to fish for sandbass when the run up into the local creeks to spawn. It is also a favorite thing for everyone else to do also. On this particular day I headed out to the Nolan river in Blum Texas.
A Texas sized Oak tree.
Spring time trees.
Redneck scat.
A Texas tree you don't want to mess with.
The fish in question, a sand bass.
A bonus fish, a black bass.
And on a couple of videos to follow the end of the fishing outing with a late afternoon Texas thunderstorm.
