We are conditioned to imitate certain group behaviors which can influence our habitual behaviors. The idea is to create a comprehensive personality prototype strong enough to decide for ourselves between the good and the bad, the good and the bad. In this way we would have already taken an important step towards our improvement and the model that we could transmit to other people. Therefore I believe that diversity is crucial to train us but you must be cautious and have some additional help if necessary.
