A woman was caught in adultery by so called authorities at that time. The Law stated that she was to be stoned.
She had no hope. Jesus came and offered a solution that was both beneficial to both the accused and the accusers.
The accused had a part to play and so were the accusers too.
ACQUIESCING to our deeds often plays a very important role in bringing a swift solution to an impasse.
To acquiesce is to allow humility to take over one's emotions and pride.
