Silence is a sin: Remaining silent in response to every issue/atrocity, and quietly enduring everything, hollows a person out from the inside.
So, what should we do? Those who perpetrate oppression are often stronger than us in both wealth and power—should we just become their victims? Or should we push ourselves into the jaws of death?
These are the questions that probably arise in the mind of every quiet-natured person; at least they arise in mine. Then what? Who has the answer to them?
When the questions are mine, then the answers are also with me, and I remain engaged in searching for the answers to my questions. Sometimes answers are found, and sometimes I continue to revolve around my own questions.
Has such a question ever crossed your mind, the answer to which you had to ask someone else?
This is a common occurrence; several such questions arise in the mind of almost every human being, the answer to which is not in their knowledge. Okay, so how do they search for the answer? We humans are a creature termed as Ashraf-ul-Makhlooqat (the noblest of creations), meaning we are superior to all creations.
To put it in simple words, the human is a creature that possesses the full capability to find a solution to every problem. You might be thinking: how? Almost every person holds this thought that, what can he alone do?
I am writing some facts here by reading which you will get the answer to this question of what a single human can do, provided you are understanding and sensible.
These are a few such works that humans have accomplished; there are many more, but my purpose is not to enumerate these works but rather to make an effort in improving human intellect and thought.
The aim of my blog today is to become the voice of all oppressed people and to make you aware that they need you. Why? Why do I want us to raise our voice for them? Why hold well-wishes for them?
On the Basis of Being Human...
A good and kind-hearted person always thinks about others exactly the way he thinks about himself. Can any of you think something bad about yourselves? Or can any of you adopt silence over oppression committed upon yourselves? If you can do this, then my writing is not for you; and if you cannot think this for yourselves, then at least do not remain quiet in the oppression occurring to others. If today is a bad time for them, tomorrow bad time can come upon us too. That is why it is said: It doesn't take long for times to change.
Let Me Give an Example:
A few weeks ago in India, students wanted to protest in a peaceful manner, the aim of which was to stop leaked examination papers. But did you see the treatment meted out to them? Students, who are the capital of the nation—some of whom have to become Doctors, others Engineers, some Politicians, and others Security Officers in the coming times—but they were Lathi-charged in such a manner as if they were asking for a separate country for themselves.

Under the present conditions, the type of behavior being carried out against the people of Kashmir should be stopped, and Kashmiris should get their rights. I talked to a senior female student of my college who was practicing homeopathy there in Kashmir after going from Lahore, and I asked her: What are conditions in Kashmir like now?
She told me that current conditions are much worse, further stating that: Banks are closed, they are not even letting us do business, a thing that was available for one hundred rupees is now available for five hundred. She stated in these words that: They are killing our people. Listening to this thing, I felt as if this talk was about people of another religion, but alas, that here a Muslim is shedding the blood of a Muslim.
If you or I demand something for ourselves that is better for us, but the people around us are stopping us from acquiring that thing, in such a situation, what will you do? A peaceful protest? A fight for your right? Or will you prefer remaining quiet?
If I give the answer to this thing too, you will surely get ready to fight for your right. Am I wrong? No, not at all. You will do exactly this, because a human being inevitably achieves the thing he needs.
So? What do the people of Kashmir want? Just their rights? Their demands (which I have written in a previous blog too), I am just writing their names here, for details read this blog: Azad Kashmir Protests 2026: Demands & Updates.
Just Demands Which Ought to Be Fulfilled:
When these politicians want to win elections, they get ready to sell themselves and make such big promises, which are later not fulfilled by them. Kashmiris are dying and the majority of people are silent. Why? Are we not human? Or do we not consider them human? Actually, there are many people who possess no knowledge of these current conditions, because the media is silent in this matter. Why? The work of media is to spread truth, whereas this media is the government's pet animal, that is why media people are absolutely silent in the matter of Kashmir.
Instead of listening to Kashmiris' talk and solving their problems, this government and its pet animals are killing Kashmiris by calling them Indian agents and terrorists. This is not the murder of humans but the murder of humanity—exactly like Israel has continued mass murder in Gaza and then in Iran, and these steps are probably toward the end of the world.
If seen and thought about, this issue is not just of Kashmir but an issue of the whole of Pakistan where the elite can buy a private jet for 11 Billion Pakistani Rupees ($40 Million USD), but the national treasury is empty for giving subsidy to the poor. Furthermore, their own minister is standing in the assembly with such audacity and giving the answer to the public question, why was the plane bought, and gave the answer that: Yes! It has been bought, do whatever you want to do. You can read this Yes! We bought it" statement of Maryam Aurangzeb, who is a Senior Minister in the current government, here.
Meaning, the thing named humanity doesn't exist in them now; they haven't remained beasts either, that perhaps they too at some moment give a weak one a chance, but these people are not giving a chance at all.
If I write these things, I will not be wrong...
We have to at least raise voice against those who are killing the oppressed, doing tyranny upon them...
Nothing much, just this chain of silence should be broken and voice raised against oppression, this is the need of the hour. As long as we remain silent, oppression will continue, and you will continue to watch.
Let us break our silence and, at the very least, raise our voices against this injustice. Remember the words of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him stop it with his hand; if he cannot do so, then with his tongue (speak out against it); and if he cannot do even that, then with his heart (detest it); and this is the weakest (level) of faith." Sahih Muslim: 49
Break these chains, or else history will never forgive us.

خاموشی ایک گناہ ہے، ہر بات/ظلم کے جواب میں خاموش رہنا اور چپ چاپ سب کچھ سہنا، انسان کو اندر سے کھوکھلا کر دیتا ہے۔ پھر کیا کریں؟ ظلم کرنے والے ہم سے دولت اور اقتدار دونوں میں طاقتور ہوتے ہیں، کیا ان کا شکار بن جائیں؟ یا خود کو خود ہی موت کے منہ میں دھکیل دیں؟
یہ وہ سوالات ہیں جو شاید ہر خاموش طبیعت انسان کے ذہن میں آتے ہیں، کم از کم میرے ذہن میں تو آتے ہی ہیں۔ پھر؟ ان کا جواب، جواب کس کے پاس ہے؟
جب سوال میرے ہیں تو جواب بھی میرے ہی پاس ہیں، اور میں اپنے سوالات کے جواب تلاش کرنے میں لگا رہتا ہوں، بعض اوقات جواب مل جاتے ہیں، تو بعض اوقات میں اپنے ہی سوالات کے گرد گردش کرتا رہتا ہوں۔
کیا آپ کے ذہن میں کبھی ایسا سوال آیا، جس کا جواب آپ کو کسی اور سے پوچھنا پڑا ہو؟
یہ تو عام سی بات ہے، تقریباً ہر انسان کے ذہن میں ایسے کئی سوال آتے ہیں، جن کا جواب اس کے علم میں نہیں ہوتا۔ اچھا، پھر وہ جواب تلاش کیسے کرتے ہیں؟ ہم انسان ایک ایسی مخلوق ہیں کہ جسے "اشرف المخلوقات" کہا گیا ہے، یعنی ہم تمام مخلوقات سے افضل ہیں۔
سادہ الفاظ میں کہوں تو انسان ایک ایسی مخلوق ہے کہ اس کے پاس ہر مسئلے کا حل تلاش کرنے کی بھرپور صلاحیت موجود ہے۔ آپ شاید سوچ رہے ہوں کہ، کیسے؟ "تقریباً ہر شخص یہی سوچ رکھتا ہے کہ ""وہ اکیلا کیا ہی کر لے گا؟""
میں یہاں کچھ ایسی باتیں لکھ رہا ہوں کہ جن کو پڑھنے سے آپ کو اس سوال کا جواب مل جائے گا کہ ایک اکیلا انسان کیا کر سکتا ہے، بشرطیکہ آپ سمجھ بوجھ رکھنے والے ہوں۔
یہ وہ چند ایسے کام ہیں جو انسان نے کیے، اور بھی بہت ہیں مگر میرا مقصد یہ کام گنوانا نہیں بلکہ "انسانی عقل کو بہتر کرنے میں اپنی کوشش کرنا ہے"۔
میرے آج کے اس بلاگ کا مقصد، "تمام مظلوم لوگوں کی آواز بننا اور آپ کو بھی آگاہ کرنا کہ ان کو آپ کی ضرورت ہے"۔ کیوں؟ میں کیوں چاہتا ہوں کہ ہم ان کے لیے آواز بلند کریں؟ ان کے لیے نیک خواہشات کیوں رکھیں؟
انسان ہونے کے ناطے ۔۔۔
ایک اچھا اور نیک دل انسان ہمیشہ دوسروں کے بارے میں ویسے ہی سوچتا ہے جیسے وہ اپنے بارے میں سوچتا ہے۔ کیا آپ میں سے کوئی "اپنے بارے میں کچھ برا سوچ سکتا ہے؟" یا آپ میں سے کوئی "خود پر کیے جانے والے ظلم پر خاموشی اختیار کر سکتا ہے؟" اگر آپ یہ کر سکتے ہیں تو میرا یہ لکھنا آپ کے لیے نہیں، اور اگر آپ خود کے لیے یہ سب نہیں سوچ سکتے "تو دوسروں پر ہونے والے ظلم میں کم از کم چپ نہ رہیں "۔ اگر آج برا وقت ان پر ہے تو کل کو ہم پر بھی برا وقت آ سکتا ہے, اسی لیے تو کہتے ہیں، "وقت بدلتے پتا نہیں چلتا "۔
ایک مثال دیتا ہوں۔
آج سے کچھ ہفتے پہلے انڈیا میں طالب علموں نے ایک پُرامن طریقے سے احتجاج کرنا چاہا، جس کا مقصد لیک ہونے والے پیپرز کو روکنا تھا۔ مگر ان کے ساتھ کیا گیا سلوک دیکھا آپ نے؟ طالب علم جو کہ ملک کا سرمایہ ہوتے ہیں، آنے والے وقت میں ان ہی میں سے کسی نے ڈاکٹر تو کسی نے انجینئر، کسی نے سیاستدان تو کسی نے سیکیورٹی آفیسر بننا ہے، مگر ان پر اس طرح سے لاٹھی چارج کیا گیا کہ جیسے وہ اپنے لیے ایک الگ ملک مانگ رہے ہوں۔
ہماری ضرورت کن کو ہے؟
موجودہ حالات میں جس طرح کا برتاؤ کشمیر کے لوگوں کے ساتھ کیا جا رہا ہے، یہ روک دینا چاہیے، اور کشمیریوں کو ان کے حقوق ملنے چاہئیں۔ میرے کالج کی سنیئر طالبہ جو کہ یہاں لاہور سے کشمیر جا کر اپنی ہومیوپیتھی کی پریکٹس کر رہی تھیں، ان سے میری بات ہوئی تو میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ "کشمیر کے حالات اب کیسے ہیں"؟
انہوں نے مجھے بتایا کہ موجودہ حالات بہت بدتر ہیں، مزید بتایا کہ "بینک بند ہیں، کاروبار تک نہیں کرنے دے رہے، وہ چیز جو ایک سو روپے کی ملتی تھی اب 500 میں مل رہی ہے"۔ انہوں نے جن الفاظ میں یہ کہا کہ، "یہ مار رہے ہیں ہمارے لوگوں کو"۔ یہ بات سن کر مجھے ایسے محسوس ہوا کہ یہ بات کسی دوسرے مذہب والے کی کی جارہی ہے، مگر افسوس کہ یہاں، "مسلمان ہی مسلمان کا خون بہا رہا ہے"۔
اگر آپ یا میں اپنے لیے کوئی ایسی چیز مانگتے ہیں جو کہ ہمارے لیے بہتر ہے مگر ہمارے آس پاس والے لوگ ہمیں وہ چیز حاصل کرنے سے روک رہے ہیں، ایسی صورتحال میں آپ کیا کریں گے؟
ایک پر امن احتجاج؟ اپنے حق کے لیے لڑائی؟ یا خاموش رہنا پسند کریں گے؟
اگر اس بات کا جواب بھی میں ہی دوں، "آپ یقیناً اپنے حق کے لیے لڑنے کو تیار ہو جائیں گے"۔ کیا میں غلط ہوں؟ نہیں، بالکل نہیں۔ آپ بالکل ایسا ہی کریں گے، کیونکہ انسان اپنی ضرورت کی چیز ضرور بالضرور حاصل کر کے رہتا ہے۔

جائز مطالبات جو کہ پورے ہونے چاہئے۔
جب ان سیاستدانوں کو الیکشنز جیتنے ہوں، یہ اپنا آپ بیچنے کو تیار ہو جاتے ہیں اور ایسے بڑے بڑے وعدے کرتے ہیں، "جو بعد میں ان سے پورے نہیں ہوتے"۔ کشمیری مر رہے ہیں اور زیادہ تر لوگ خاموش ہیں، کیوں؟ کیا ہم انسان نہیں؟ یا ہم انہیں انسان نہیں سمجھتے؟ دراصل بہت سے لوگ ایسے ہیں جو کہ، "جن کو ان موجودہ حالات کا علم ہی نہیں"۔ چونکہ میڈیا اس معاملے میں خاموش ہے، کیوں؟ میڈیا کا کام تو سچ پھیلانا ہوتا ہے، جبکہ یہ میڈیا حکومت کا پالتو جانور ہے، یہی وجہ ہے کہ میڈیا والے کشمیر کے معاملے میں بالکل خاموش ہیں۔
بجائے کشمیریوں کی بات سننے اور ان کے مسائل کا حل کرنے کے یہ حکومت اور اس کے پالتو جانور کشمیریوں کو، "بھارتی ایجنٹ اور دہشت گرد کہہ کر مار رہے ہیں"۔ یہ انسانوں کا قتل نہیں بلکہ "انسانیت" کا قتل ہے، جس طرح سے یہ اسرائیل نے غزہ میں اور پھر ایران میں قتل عام جاری رکھا ہوا ہے، اور یہ شاید "دنیا کے اختتام " کی طرف اقدام ہیں۔

دیکھا اور سوچا جائے تو یہ مسئلہ صرف کشمیر کا نہیں بلکہ پورے پاکستان کا مسئلہ ہے کہ جہاں اشرافیہ اپنے لیے 11 بلین پاکستانی روپے (40 ملین ڈالرز) کا پرائیویٹ جیٹ خرید سکتی ہے، مگر غربباء کو سبسڈی دینے کے لیے خزانہ خالی ہے۔ اور تو اور ان کی اپنی وزیر، کتنی ہی ڈھٹائی کے ساتھ ایوان میں کھڑی ہو کر عوامی سوال "جہاز کیوں خریدا" کا جواب دے رہی ہے، اور جواب یہ دیا کہ "خریدا ہے بھئی، کر لو جو کرنا ہے"۔ مریم اورنگزیب جو کہ موجودہ حکومت میں سینئر منسٹر ہے کا یہ "ہاں! خریدا ہے" والا بیان یہاں پڑھ سکتے ہیں
مطلب ان میں انسانیت نام کی چیز نہیں رہی اب، یہ حیوان بھی نہیں رہے، کہ وہ بھی شاید کبھی کسی موقعہ پر کمزور کو ایک موقع دے دیتے ہیں، مگر یہ بالکل بھی موقع نہیں دے رہے۔
اگر میں یہ باتیں لکھوں تو غلط نہ ہوں گی۔۔۔
ہمیں کم از کم ان کے خلاف آواز اٹھانی ہوگی جو مظلوموں کو مار رہے ہیں، ان پر ظلم کر رہے ہیں۔۔۔
زیادہ کچھ نہیں بس یہ خاموشی کی زنجیریں توڑ کر ظلم کے خلاف بولا جائے، یہی اس وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔ جب تک خاموش رہیں گے، ظلم ہوتا رہے گا، آپ دیکھتے رہیں گے۔
آئیے، اپنی خاموشی توڑیں اور کم از کم زبان سے اس ظلم کے خلاف آواز بلند کریں۔ یاد رکھیں، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے:
"جس نے تم میں سے کوئی برائی دیکھی، وہ اسے اپنے ہاتھ سے روک لے؛ اگر ایسا نہ کر سکے تو اپنی زبان سے (اس کے خلاف بولے)؛ اور اگر یہ بھی نہ کر سکے تو اپنے دل سے (اسے برا جانے)؛ اور یہ ایمان کا سب سے کمزور (درجہ) ہے۔"
صحیح مسلم: 49
یہ زنجیریں توڑیں، ورنہ تاریخ ہمیں کبھی معاف نہیں کرے گی۔
