Ohh Man. It is so relatable how you talk about building good habits through repetition like training Puusti or staying consistent with workouts and how those things eventually just become automatic.
At the same time I feel you on the struggle with old childhood eating habits that are tough to shake, even when you're trying hard to lose that weight.
The big takeaway for me is that consistency really is everything but it takes real effort and ownership as an adult to break the bad patterns instead of making excuses (I have shared some details about difference of Consistency and Activity). We can't let our past keep holding us back, not at all...
