How to Check Anyone's Hive Power Delegations in 3 Simple Ways
I hope you are all doing well and having a great journey on Hive.
We all know that the Hive blockchain is completely open and every transaction is visible to everyone. However, I’ve realized that "unless we know the right tools," understanding these things can be a bit tricky.
A few days ago, a question popped into my mind: if I want to see who a specific user has "delegated their Hive Power (HP)" to, or who has delegated HP to them, "how can this be checked?"

It is my habit to dive deep and focus completely whenever I want to learn something new. When I looked into it, I found out that "checking anyone’s delegations on Hive" is actually very simple. So, I thought, why not write a simple guide about it to make things easier for other newcomers like me?
What is Delegation?
If you are new here and don’t know what delegation means or why it is used: "Delegation simply means temporarily assigning the voting power of your account's Hive Power to another user or project." This does not mean your Hive tokens leave your possession—they remain yours, and you can cancel the delegation to reclaim your power whenever you want.
Easy Ways to Check Delegations
Via Ecency
If you mostly use Ecency like I do:
- Go to the user's profile and open their wallet.
- Click on the plus (+) or minus (-) value shown next to the Hive Power balance.
A pop-up will appear displaying the essential delegation breakdown.
Via PeakD
In my view, checking delegations on PeakD is the easiest way, and I mostly use PeakD for this purpose. Here is how you can do it:
- First, open the person's profile in your browser: @username (replace "username" with that user's actual handle).
- Next, click on the Wallet tab located under their profile.
- Inside the wallet, you will see an option labeled Delegations.
- Clicking on it will reveal two options:
Incoming: Who has delegated HP to this user, and how much.
Outgoing: Which accounts this user has delegated their HP to. You will see a complete, organized list right here.
Via Hiveblocks
If you prefer viewing direct blockchain data:
Search https://hiveblocks.com in your browser.
Enter the username of the account whose delegations you wish to view.
Look at the left side of the page; you will find the user's details along with the full list of delegations.
Note: The site is currently under maintenance, otherwise I would have shared the complete walkthrough screenshots as well.
Knowing these small details is important because it helps us understand how Hive functions, and how different projects or users are supporting one another across the community.

میری عادت ہے کہ میں چیزیں سیکھنے کے لیے اپنا پورا دھیان لگا دیتا ہوں، جب میں نے چیک کیا تو معلوم ہوا کہ "ہائیو پر کسی بھی دوسرے شخص کی ڈیلیگیشن" دیکھنا بہت ہی آسان کام ہے۔ میں نے سوچا کہ کیوں نہ اس پر ایک سمپل سی پوسٹ لکھوں، تاکہ مجھ جیسے باقی نئے یوزرز کو بھی آسانی ہو جائے۔
ڈیلیگیشن کیا ہوتی ہے؟
اگر آپ نئے ہیں اور آپ کو ڈیلیگیشن کا مطلب / مقصد نہیں معلوم تو، "ڈیلیگیشن کا سیدھا سا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی ہائیو پاور کی ووٹنگ پاور عارضی طور پر کسی دوسرے یوزر یا پروجیکٹ کو استعمال کے لیے دیتے ہیں۔" اس سے آپ کے اپنے ہائیو ٹوکن کہیں نہیں جاتے، وہ آپ کے اپنے ہی رہتے ہیں اور آپ جب چاہیں ڈیلیگیشن کینسل کر کے اپنی پاور واپس لے سکتے ہیں۔
ڈیلیگیشن چیک کرنے کے آسان طریقے
Ecency کے ذریعے
اگر آپ میری طرح زیادہ تر Ecency استعمال کرتے ہیں تو:
- یوزر کی پروفائل کھول کر اس کے والٹ میں جائیں۔
- ہائیو پاور والی جگہ پر جو پلس یا مائنس کی ویلیو بنی ہوتی ہے، اس پر کلک کریں، وہاں آپ کو ڈیلیگیشن کی بنیادی تفصیل دیکھنے کو ملے گی۔
PeakD کے ذریعے
میرے نزدیک PeakD پر ڈیلیگیشن چیک کرنا سب سے آسان ہے، میں بھی اکثر PeakD کے ذریعے ہی چیک کرتا ہوں۔ اس کے لیے آپ کو:
- سب سے پہلے اپنے براؤزر میں اس بندے کی پروفائل کھولیں: @username (یہاں username کی جگہ اس یوزر کا نام لکھیں)۔
- اب اس کی پروفائل کے نیچے والٹ والے آپشن پر کلک کریں۔
والٹ کے اندر آپ کو Delegations لکھا نظر آئے گا۔
اس پر کلک کرتے ہی دو آپشنز سامنے آ جائیں گی:
Incoming:
اس بندے کو کن کن لوگوں نے کتنی کتنی HP دی ہوئی ہے۔
Outgoing:
اس یوزر نے اپنی پاور میں سے آگے کن کن اکاؤنٹس کو HP دی ہوئی ہے۔ یہاں آپ کو بالکل لسٹ نظر آ جائے گی۔
Hiveblocks کے ذریعے
اگر آپ براہِ راست بلاک چین ڈیٹا دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں:
- اپنے براؤزر میں https://hiveblocks.com لکھ کر سرچ کریں۔
- جس یوزرز کی ڈیلیگیشن دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں اس کا username لکھیں۔
- پیج کے بائیں طرف دیکھیں، وہاں یوزر کی تمام تفصیلات اور ڈیلیگیشنز کی لسٹ لکھی ہوئی ملے گی۔
- ابھی یہ ویب سائٹ مینٹیننس پر ہے، ورنہ اسکا بھی پروسیس شئیر کر دیتا۔
یہ چھوٹی چھوٹی باتیں جاننا اس لیے ضروری ہے تاکہ ہمیں سمجھ آئے کہ ہائیو کیسے کام کرتا ہے، اور کون سے پروجیکٹس یا یوزرز کمیونٹی میں کس طرح ایک دوسرے کو سپورٹ کر رہے ہیں۔
