There are too many great projects out there but I'm calling your attentiion on this on of mine's that creates a weekly list with songs shared by participants.
The only reward comes from liquid weekly post rewards (tokens included) and a raffle with funds from some donors.
Votes are also a kind of reward in this project, they come from this account(project's account), my main account (@drakernoise) and a cuestión account(@artemisa7)...I vote comments on the weekly post and user's posts as far as possible trying also to help other projects with my votes.

All the process is made manually as well as votes.
