Welcome again to my blog. In my blog I'll take you to a most beautiful place where you can feel love and beauty all around. Yes! I'm talking about the Taj Mahal at agra , India's most beautiful monument which is also called the symbol of love.
This is so beautiful and iconic monument and there is no enough words to describe the beauty of this place. It is a place where you'll fall in love with the beauty and architecture of taj mahal.
How to reach there:
Taj mahal is located in the historical city of agra. Agra is well connected with Delhi and other cities. You can go there via road, train or air. Distance from delhi to agra is almost 240 km which take 4 hour approx. We want there by road.
About taj mahal:
Taj Mahal is the UNESCO world heritage site. One of the seven wonder and the finest illustration of Mughal architecture. This is a mausoleum complex in agra , uttar pradesh.
The Taj Mahal bulit by Shah Jahan in the memory of his most loving wife Mumtaz mahal who passed away during child birth.That's why this is known as a symbol of love. That's why he named this beautiful MausoleumTaj mahal for his wife mumtaz mahal.
Taj mahal is open everyday except friday. We can visit there from 6 am to 7 pm. Sunrise and sunset is the best time to visit.
My experience:
We visit to taj mahal in june to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary of our parents. Whole family went and celebrated 30 years of love at the taj mahal known as symbol of love.
We reached there in the evening time. That day weather was good and it was a sunny day.
This is the first picture i captured there while going to the entrance gate.
This is the entrence gate. This is also so beautiful. There is a suprising thing that the glimpse of taj mahal not visible from outside the entry gate.
Bags and food are not allowed to take inside the Taj Mahal. So first we submit our bags and some other stuffed and after security checking we reached to that gate. We captured some photographs there and than went to inside.
Before entering the main gate we caught a glimpse of sunset and i also captured it.
And this is the breathtaking view of taj mahal.
These pictures i captured just after the entry. There was a lot of crowd. And the taj Mahal stood proudly under the blue open sky & mesmerizing the onlookers.
Taj mahal dome is 40 meter high and made with only stones. This is also a surprising thing.
One more special thing about Taj Mahal is that it changes four colors in one day. Before sunrise it gives black shade. After sunrise it gives light yellow and pink shade. In the noon it looks white and shine like a white pearl. At the time of sunset looks golden.
We went there at sunset time. But at one shop we saw a mini taj mahal and enjoying all shade.
Take a closer look how beautiful it is. Inarguably the most beautiful monument in India.
Taj mahal is Made by white marble. And best example of Mughal architecture. About 20,000 labours made this beautiful mausoleum for straight 22 years.
The Taj Mahal is the sybole of india rich history. While entering to the mausoleum i captured these photographs. Made beautifully with important stones .
The finish work of Taj mahal is so beautiful and prefect. Look at this flower design how fabulous it is. Present engenier also surprised how they constructed such a beautiful mausoleum that time and praised it.
The garden is also beautiful and well maintained.
Taj mahal is a Earthquake proof. That four minarets were built leaning outside. In the case of strong earthquake minarets fall outwards so monument stay safe.
You can observe that outwards minarets design in that pictures.

Taj Mahal is situated on the banks of the river Yamuna. I captured that picture from the backside of the monument where we also enjoyed the sunset view.
It was a magical experience to visit Taj Mahal. I visited here second time. First time i was so young but this time i enjoyed it Fully. This beautiful meusoluim is outstanding. In picture it looks beautiful but i can say that Taj mahal looks more beautiful in real life than in the picture. You must visit there once:-)
I really enjoyed this trip so much and this was an unforgettable experience.
