I learned something new here. I was not aware that the grinding of the coffee beans affected the flavour, although i remember freshly grinded coffee seemed to always taste better. Your post brought back memories of when I used to cook coffee using a jezzwa but not so nice looking ones as you have here, but just something practical. You cant beat that freshly cooked frothing coffee look and taste. Preparation is half the fun.
