Welcome to my latest web3 gaming update. The world of gaming doesn't stop, but that doesn't mean that we cant. Do you take any breaks from gaming?
Some of the choices when looking to play a game with NFTs to consider are what will the gas fees be like because for some chains, the transactions are free, but for others, it seems to cost more to transfer some crypto than it does to buy an NFT. Long term, will that have a negative impact on the game?
It's time to get down to business. Games looked at this time are:

For these games, I have only got some tokens and/or NFTs for these and was not active this time.
Games on my Radar
As usual, we start with Rising Star where my NFT collection is growing nicely and I have been earning a decent amount of STARBITS each week.
I bought another 12 packs this week and had a pretty decent opening. I am still chasing that elusive legendary though. I did get a couple of copies of Nelly though.
This has given my stats a nice boost and my collection of NFTs has grown to 912. My current level is 97 and I am just 3 away from the elusive level 100.
My ranking this week is 530(564) which is around my usual level. The big news this week was the launch of Raves. I was looking around at my first rave.
It looks an exciting new addition to the game and there seems to be different roles and activities that you can do at the raves. You need NFTs to participate and I had one where I have a supportive friend so could participate in G. More updates about Raves next time.

HashKings is my favorite farming game and is running like clock work for me.
Now is harvest time in my plots of land in Mexico. I can then sell some of the BUDS for a nice profit.
After harvesting, I planted my new seeds Acapulco Gold in Mexico. Currently I have got plenty of seeds to last me a few months as I bought many in the BUDS seed pools.

The big news in Splinterlands is the 5th Anniversary and the huge burning event that is planned. This is a great opportunity to win some prizes and get some guild credits for your guild. This could have a great effect on the price of DEC and SPS.
It has been an exciting time in Splinterlands with reaching 100k SPS staked, I have been using some of my SPS to buy DEC and buy some new cards. I have bought a couple of legendary summoners that I had my eye.
The first one was Grandmaster Rathe at level 3. He is providing me some more options to play in the light deck. I also bought the Quix the Devious at level 3 who now gives me some more options in the dragon deck where I have a few good cards already that combine well with other splinters. My next upgrade would be to upgrade Possibilus from level 2 to level 3 as level 2 is too low for me to play.
So far my season is going very well with some good rewards won but I will give a full end of season update so won't cover that here.

Gods Unchained has been pretty brutal again the last week with my attempt at the Weekend Ranking with my Light deck not going so well. This was because I couldn't buy all the cards that I needed to complement my deck. I now have got some ETH on layer 2 once the gas fees dropped a little, so will revist this deck to make it stronger.
Although I have a low win ratio with this deck currently, playing light has been lots of fun and I intend to return to it.
You can see that I managed only 8 wins last weekend in the weekend ranking event. I hope that this weekend I will do much better with my new War Olympian deck that I have bought.
Before I bought my Olympian deck this week, I was playing some of my Amazonian deck and Zombie deck which has been fun and brought me a few more wins at least. I made a few more tweaks to my Zombie deck and my win ratios seem to be holding up pretty well so far, but that is without so many games in Auric Gold where I want to be.
My Amazon deck does Ok against some lower league opponents, but struggles the higher up I go. Evenso, I still love to play the nature decks, with some of the great cards and combinations possible.
You can see that I have reached level 120 and my card collection has reached nearl $95. I bought myself a nice Shadow card for my new War Olympic deck which was suprisingly cheaper than the Meteorite copy. It was a no-brainer to buy.
The game is a lot of fun still and the good news is that on the new roadmap there could be new features such as GODS token staking and gameplay features coming.

On to Stardomplay, another idle clicker game that I let run in the background and gather those NFTs and STARDOM tokens.
Since the fan requirements were increased, the highest mission I could run was the TV interview that required 200 fans. This has also slowed down my STARDOM token earnings quite abit.
I currently still have 550 fans, 200 short to run the next mission and have earned 2251 STARDOM.
My NFT collection is still the same at 23 NFTs. I am mostly focused on buying fan cards so that I can run higher missions. I can see that the value of the STARDOM token has been dropping and also the cost of the NFTs. This is lucky as otherwise it would take longer to buy the cards I need.
My next planned purchases are the Tuk Tuk and Van which are cards that I dont have. They would give me a 35 fan count boost. Still leaving me 165 fans short of being able to run the next mission.

The next game for today is Realms.
The new season of Realms kicked off and I have been much more active since the last season. Since my last update I have climbed two levels and with my extra leader NFT, I am running more missions and earning more RLM.
I am trying to beat my 1462 position from last season and so far I am in position 596 in the bronze league. I just need to climb a couple more levels and I can open Asia up.
I have earned 182,5 RLM so far in the game and didn't take any profits yet. My next steps are to buy some more leader cards and start running more missions.
This will allow me to climb higher in the game. With the price of WAX falling, this could be a good time to get the cards cheaper.
In a few days, there will be some pack sales and I would like to get myself a pack or 2. They cost only 50 RLM each but have 4 cards in and would be a great season 8 boost! Let's see if I get lucky and manage to get some.
Terracore is another idle clicker game that has been running really well for me.
There has been plenty of development on Terracore and you can see the new fonts being used. Not only that, there was some changes made to the mining rates that reduced my mining rate a little. This was not much to make much impact to me really.
The next planets that I can explore are Oceana and Celestia, but I need to contribute more SCRAP to do that. So far I need 995 more.
I have managed to keep my battle win rate positive. This is because I am quite active on the game during the day and don't forget to attack and claim very often.
I have still been negecting some of my stats and need to build them up over the next weeks so that I am ready for the new planets.
Next up is Genesis League Goals and we heard the news that the game release is delayed until around July sometime. This isn't so long a delay so there is more time to get more tokens and packs until it releases.
I am still really excited for the release of this game and bought myself some more GLX ready. So far I have 9796 GLX and this is giving me a return of 94% APR which is a great return.
With just 9 days remaining for staking rewards, I have decided to unstake my packs ready to open before the staking rewards end and open them.
In the meantime, the pack I unstaked last time is liquid and I have bought another 5 scout passes ready for today's opening:
This was an amazing pull as Arden Gold as gold foil is currently selling for $25 on the market!!
These then are then the first 10 cards in my deck. Once my next 9 packs are unstaked, I will open them all too. The recent GLG Town Hall gave us a preview of the gameplay under development and it will be great to see when this game goes live.
There were some developments in Blocklords that you could get a free NFT to play the farming part of the game, therefore I didn't need to buy one in the end. The avatars were anyway quite cheap at around $4 or so.
Once I claimed my avatar, I could continue playing and building my empire. The first thing I didn was to build a lumber mill so that I can build more buildings.
I now have some different teams that I need to keep active either collecting food or stone to continue my base expansion. There are daily missions to complete and you need to remember to give your teams plenty of rest and recouperation.
I haven't been able to play as much as I would have liked due to some IRL stuff going on, but I have now installed the latest update and hope to develop my base and farm further from here. A further update will follow in my next update.
The next game today is a new one that was brought to my attention in my last update. It is a Hive game called Quest for Stoken.
It is a really cool retro platform game where you run around slashing baddies, collecting tokens and trying to get a high score for the prize pool.
I have only played it a few times so far, but it is a really cool platform game and I intend to play it more in the coming weeks.

The final game for today is just a sneak peak at Illuvium which is on IMX blockchain. It is a metaverse style game where you build your industrial empire. I registered for the private beta but was not successful yet. Currently the alpha is open just for land owners in Illuvium.
The land plots are however quite expensive right now, so I hope we will be able to play soon without some land.
