You might be at that stage where you are just following so many people because you are really excited!! New place, new people and you just want to check out everyone's profile. In the long-term you will have your community and people that you resonate with the most and the rest, well, you will have to filter out a bit.
You might follow them again, but don't be following 100s of people and then you are like "who are you?"
