"I do not understand all of this resistance to DACA being shut down!! Don't you realize... that if children are not here as legal immigrants, the USA is or could be accused of crimes against these children? Ie, kidnapping... human trafficking, etc. With all of the media focus on ending pedophilia you should realize that this legislation very well could be used, even been specifically set up for the purpose of being able to get away with crimes against children. Look at it as a loophole. Ending DACA PROTECTS them, as well as us. What circumstances would possibly put a child here in this country (or any country!) not being LEGAL and accounted for?"

Key phrase: BIASED USE. They are directed to abuse the law here! I wonder, is that like some kind of passive-aggressive act meant to say F U to everyone, in plain sight like that????
Besides this utterly passive aggressive wording of the law, DACA allows for a two year delay in accounting for children. How in the world can that be okay, for any child to be unaccounted for for TWO YEARS?
