Sure but if a person willfully acts like an idiot. He's still an idiot technically lol but i get your point. To me it's like smoking or wearing a seatbelt. Alot of in america i guess we could call them constitutionalist.. for lack of a better word. We got people who constantly scream about their freedoms and what they should be able to do or not do.

it doesn't really matter if that something or another makes sense. We call that freedom. So i get that part. I'm just starting to question if the idea of freedom itself needs to be a necessary component in everything. As i feel like this can go down a deep rabbithole.

I'll give another example because this is interesting. So you've probably heard of the idea of the accredited investor. In other words our government doesn't believe we're responsible enough with our finances to go out and invest money wherever we see fit. They actually look at us like children and have regulations against what investments we can buy and they wanna do the same thing for cryptocurrency lol.

So what is the reality of this situation? Well the reality is they probably going to end up correct. What will more than likely happen is a bunch of people will go out think they are genuis investors and make a string of bad investments that leave them broke and ruined.

Then they will go to the government and proclaim they are broke and the government needs to do something about it. This will be a judicial nightmare of court cases and lawsuits but people will still fight for that right just to have that right because they don't have it.. but they'd like to have it. Eventhough when they get it they'll say why did you all let us have this knowing it would ruin us and cause people to get on drugs and breakup families.. now the hoursing market has collapsed.

It is quite interesting to think about these domino effects however what could be more important than freedom? if but the freedom to say giving us freedom was a bad idea lol
