I know English not your first language so this mostly for your readers Tarazkp, lol. So the post touches on some important things. However the parts about restriction of freedom and vaccination i don't think is a good example. The reason being is as citizens most of us know that if you're in a warzone your rights have to be restricted.
It would be ridiculous of me to have an opposing military power on your shores and i'm outside thinking i can go get icecream and complaining about what i should have as freedom or rights. None of that is neither here nor there because you know you're under attack and it can't work like that. I know some people don't think of covid as war or vaccination as defense clearly as they don't take it serious enough to protect not just themselves but others.
The problem is the casualities are like those of people in a war. People are dying everyday. Imagine if you were in a warzone and you were working for the other side and providing troops to wipe out your own people. That's what people who don't get vaccinated do. So then if you're doing that i'd have to see you as part of the other side right? I know people don't like to look at it that way. Maybe they don't intend it that way. It is still that way. Whether you ignorantly supply the other side or you by mistake. You are still contributing to it and it has to stop.
The idea of the DAO is good but the narrative is often times wrong. So for example the narrative about bitcoin is wrong. Most people think the government can't stop bitcoin. That's wrong it can likely stop the most important part of the process and that's "you". They can put you in prison. Why can they put you in prison? Well because they know who you are and we have anti money laundering laws...anti terrorist laws and know your customer rules for most businesses on the chain.
You must have these things if you're a government because if you don't then your systems can be used for child trafficking and slavery to finance it. It can be used for terrorist and race hate groups. It can be used for clearly many things. I know some would say well yes and so could the dollar. However dollars require physical transactions still or they leave paper trails. So in that case they are at the locations of the transaction lol. Or there is a paper trail they can trace and this goes back to the false narrative of bitcoin and like 90% of the cryptos and that is they can be traced. If they can be traced the reasons you're underlining don't work.
So far the structure of many of the DAO's we've seen are horrible. Let's give you some stats. You give ideas i give stats. So the voices that make up this DAO. They generally make it up through the control of the currency itself. Now how much of that currency ownership itself is decentralized?
Well i can tell you that 87% of bitcoin is owned by 1% of the entire network. Imagine the representation you get in bitcoin. It gets alot worse as you go on with other crypto projects. You also say value may be determined by the transaction or use. I do agree with that but still there is no way to really prove the bulk of the transactions aren't being done by the same lower percentile of people.
It's similar to miner centralization. It's like saying okay we have tons of miners. Okay but of those mining pools maybe about 5 are the biggest. Okay do we really know if that 5 isn't the same mining pool? No we wouldn't quite know that so we could still see a centralization of miners, wealth, development, exchange and geography and that's what we often times see that's why you see the same figures in crypto at the top of the same crypto projects. So here's my final conclusive point.
The only way you can have a voice in crypto is first take money out. Dan Larimer who is the father of your hive chain and steem and your progenitor. He was a very smart human being who not only figured that out years and years before any of you. He created a system that didn't allow you to buy the crypto. Now the project hasn't succeeded but that's because people have low iq's and don't understand or they'd be dan larimer which they can never be. They know they can never be.
Also but Dan Larimer was intelligent enough to walk away from what he knew could only end in disaster. I know people don't want to hear that. Maybe they should though, so they understand what they need to do next.
